About Me.
I have been performing for audiences on a regular basis since my High School Folk Club days, sometimes only with my own guitar as backup, and more often with either individual pianists or full bands. My singing has also included stints with trios and with a duet. And I’ve performed as both an actor and singer in regional and community theatre productions, including “Man Of La Mancha”, Fiddler On The Roof”, “Company”, and many others.
My biggest joy in performing came to me when I began to concentrate on a soloist career. I’ve been able to explore numerous musical styles and incorporate them into many different musical programs. And I’ve been privileged to be able to share that joy and musical exploration with many different audiences. The journey of creating and then sharing each new program has been both exhilarating and challenging. I love to see how an audience reacts so strongly to the beauty, meaning and mood of each song and to the special fabric of each performance. There is so much great music out there to share that at times it seems like the supply of songs alone fills a bottomless well. And no matter how often I drink from that well, I’m thirsty for more! I love to put as much variety into my programs as is possible, which is reflected by the broad range of music that I perform. Click the button below to see my work. |
